   WHO AM I

Well, let's start with the basics...

I just finished up a degree in Molecular and Cellular Biology from Cedarville University and decided that before I enroll in medical school, I'd like to improve my Spanish a little bit!

So, I decided to spend this Spring semester studying abroad in Valencia, Spain, through the Institute of Spanish Studies. After going on a six-week medical missions trip to Paraguay last summer, I discovered that immersion is by far the best way to learn about other languages and cultures. My hope is to become conversational enough through classes and general living in Valencia that I will be able to use it in professional medical settings in my future career as a physician.
